Rain Storms

When a rain storm comes, you wait to hear the thunder rolling in, you smell the moisture from the clouds, and you become entranced by the dancing bolts of light. What’s not to love about a rain storm?

Being in Kansas (central part of the entire USA) we get all four seasons. Rain storms are just the start of tornado season mixed in.

How do you handle the storms? Do you watch and listen to everything outside? Do you read a book, watch a favorite movie, or maybe make love while everything is alive in the sky?

Personally I’d take the making love part any day of the week, storm or no storm. However, if I could plan a perfect night it would be, me and my guy curled up on the couch, watching TV, while he rubs my back so I’m looking outside through the balcony door. If the lightening is just showing off I’d want to turn the TV off, light a candle and watch it dance outside, then eventually make love right there in the living room.

I see beauty and romance in so many things, it doesn’t take much to please me. I’m a simple kind of woman.
